Terms and Conditions

  • The term of this contract is from November 1st to April 1st of the current season.

  •  Johnstone property maintenance does not offer any shovelling or walkway and porch shovelling with this service.

  • Snow clearing will start after an accumulation of approximately five centimetres or more. Included are follow-up visits after city plows and repeat cleanings during prolonged, heavy snowstorms. The timing of service visits will vary depending on the storm.

  • The term of this contract is from November 1st to April 1st of the indicated season.

  • If vehicles are parked in the driveway when snow clearing is to commence, snow will only be cleared from accessible areas.

  • The Contractor shall not be held responsible for damage to objects in the designated snow removal area. Please remove all items from the driveway before each snowstorm.

      . Please have eavestrough downpipe extensions removed before the winter season starts. 

  • The Contractor shall not be held liable for Personal Injury Or Slip & Falls. Johnstone property Maintenance is is only responsible for the removal of snow and does not ensure a safe or slip-free surface.

  •  Sanding, salting, de-icing or hand shovelling are not included in this contract unless otherwise specified.
